Shipping Policy – FZ Store:

 

Order Processing Time:

We process all orders within 1–3 business days.
During busy seasons or sales, it might take a little longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Services:

We currently ship through M&P & Call Courier/PostEx courier services.
Once your order is processed, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking:

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 1 day of receiving (or missing) your package. Email us at: fzstorepk1@gmail.com
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Holiday or Sale Delays:

During holidays, Eid, or big sales, delivery and processing may take a bit longer. To avoid delays, we recommend placing your orders early.
